Hey guys,
I a few licenses that have not been activated. Long story short, bought extras as gifts for my friends and discovered they also bought a license each themselves.....arrgh...oh well....
I got a copy which I never used or activated. I heard it is a great tool to have but there is no use for it at work so never learned it. If you interested in buying, give me a PM.
I haven't played with AO shader nodes enough to say that any of them can't take into account bump or normals for sure, but I know sg_amboc shader(not the node) does take it into account.
check if your UV's are welded in that area.
The last page thing is annoying. Yea, whole threads vanishing lately.
that's a given, but that's why I say 'makes it look like'
Not saying that the stuff now isn't good, but all I can say is that the stuff from 98 was quite awesome. Which makes it look like LW hasn't advanced very much in over 10 years. Definitely not saying...
whoops didn't read before posting.....suppose to have put a 'non' in front of 'automated'.
Thanks for pointing that out. Better edit the post.
not quite, since sculptris actually tesselates the area you are sculpting whereas dynamesh is doing a non-automated remesh. And you can choose to do a remesh manually (as mentioned by hrgiger) if you...
It's back up and things work smoothly
Yea, just saw that a few minutes ago. Definitely won't pee people off.
lol....I have seen that here in NZ too. Music videos, movie promos and titles copying what Andrew Kramer has shown in tutorials. It's actually quite blatant. But to the rest of the audience they...
Using a 32bit displacement maps means you don't have to mess with the settings, since the depth of the details is built into the map.
Hi guys,
would like to ask if anyone is interested in selling their copy of zbrush.
Cheers
we do character animation with lightwave....doesn't mean it isn't painful though. if it's just one character it would be completely fine but that is rare
The way lightwave has progressed really has made me look into other apps.....this last update just made me realise that it was a good choice. My opinion and preference of course.
Wow, so CORE(referring to the app...not the technology) is out the window. That's some crazy stuff.
obj export is wonky in 10. Doesn't keep my uv's intact....just ended up loading it in 9.6 and exported from there. Same exact step but the uv's were kept.
EDIT: actually importing also did...
though I personally have no interest in it, I think it is just another one of those situations where lightwave has been neglected again.
Off the top of my head I can think of 4 times this has...
that's a very bad way to ask for help
Yea that was awesome. Some trippy stuff in there too
yea the pull down is painful especially when you have no other alternative.
Using same as item and selecting an object with the pull down list when you have hundreds of others is probably one of...
They got the size so wrong with our ones that we could actually parachute off the building with it.
I think it is mostly to do with the horde of brushes and that the scale of the object is irrelevant that makes zbrush so smooth right off the bat. But the amount of brushes that probably will never...
