Thanks Boris and Steve for the kind words...glad you like it!
Thanks for the comments @lardbros, @MAUROCOR, @ernpchan.
Yes, all hand animated with some techniques that made the process manageable (described in earlier posts).
Thanks! You are right, animating all legs by hand would be crazy and impossible to finish in time. I made few different walk cycles that were driven by distance along path (keyframed, along curve or...
Thanks for the comments guys, glad you like it.
Here is also little making of for anyone interested.

What a cute bunch of viruses! :D Love the characters, really well done!
One quick question. Just wanted to know if Alembic import now supports changing point/poly count geometry (if so, does velocity gets interpreted correctly for motion blur). Unfortunately I don't have...
For more irregular shape you can multiply the vector output (result of your gradient node) with some noise.
Great visuals and style, very cool!
Great stuff, I really liked it! Very nice look and animation...lovely work guys!
I hope you are right, and I would really like to see that feature in next LW update.
I know of eetu's plugin just never had time to try it out. :(
I did some testing few years ago when...
Alembic supports point/poly count changing geometry, just unfortunately current LW implementation does not (guess due to LW architecture). If you wish to export something with steady point count you...
Looks great, lovely details and motion! Video 02 is my favorite...captures the details nicely.
Beautiful mood, so soothing...looks amazing! Great stuff as always!
Just lovely!
Great work! Maybe just a bit more randomness in size and shape of those plankton/floating stuff would be nice. Really cool stuff!
No problem, I'm glad it was helpful. I'm sure it might not be technically correct explanation, but that's how I perceive it.
Cheers,

You can use one of the reflection shaders, set the ref blur amount there and plug it into reflection shading. With green reflection input you just define amount of reflection (and where they happen...
Unfortunately current Alembic implementation in LW doesn't support changing topology, so that rules out fluids transfer in 99% cases. Surfaced mesh is out of the question in any case because point...
Yeah I noticed that. Originally I thought that leaving "Assign Profile" in footage interpretation as Embedded was ok, but there is very small difference (almost unnoticeable) when I switch it to...
Ahhh...I think I get it! For example if the output color space in LW is set to sRGB, AS sampling will be done in linear space but threshold used to determine sampling is done in sRGB space (or...
