Hi,
Not the insanely stellar numbers that I'm seeing on smaller renders, but here's the MacBook Air M1's results:

I don't get why the memory in use is so high compared to everyone...
(Im going to test the benchmark scene posted earlier, now)
Hi,
Preliminary results are in. I have not extensively tested this, but I thought this was interesting.
This uses LightWave3D in discovery mode, I have to stress. Please look at the info...
I tell everyone I knew Shrox before he joined Elon's secret cabal.
Well looks like you've been outed. You are now part of the big league. The Space illuminati.
You will soon know the secret...
Hi guys,
Glycon turns your VR equipment into a motion capture platform, perfect for setting up and recording quick animations when you don't need a full suit, or when you just need basic...
I'll have a replacement for most of Ikinema's offerings by the end of this summer on Glycon3D.com
(They were bought by Apple. )
Hi guys,
I made a video showing how to import Glycon animations into LightWave in 4 steps. Granted, these 4 steps are specifically for skeletons that have the same layout as the Mixamo skeletons,...
I'm not sure if I'm seeing the same thing you are, but I never thought the UI for Blender was very exciting.

Ryan did a great job summing it up, so I defer to his wisdom on this one.
Oh I have a new solution to this problem, which will be released as a separate solution soon.

Crap I thought I replied earlier and I did not. I'm sorry about that.
Yeah, that's all it is, just use Android File Transfer.

Oh it's all the same, same upgrade price.
Holy crap I think I saw that. Houston Museum of Natural History has an annex that did dome projection shows and they had a whole slew of Black How...
Hi Marander,
Before I answer that, I need to do two things.
First, I need to be clear about what Ubercam is. It is a variety of different types of cameras, not just VR cameras. Ubercam...
Yeah, the planetarium camera should be a huge money maker for LightWave users. I have to keep my mouth shut on the details for just a little bit longer though :D

Hi Lorenz,
That's correct, the basic VR camera is the one ready right now.
And a planetarium projection camera is one of the new cameras! I'd like to ask you a few questions in private, if you...
I'm rolling out U3 as a series of updates. I know some of you need access to some of the new cameras pronto, and some of the other cameras, well, no one really uses anymore. So I'm starting with the...
LightWave was the first app to export an FBX file that Unity could read perfectly. For awhile it was the only app that would do so, because at that time, no one else seemed to think Unity was going...
Make sure you have a uv map or the object will only have one color applied to the whole thing.
If you've UV mapped it, you can apply the textures in Unity--no need to do it in LightWave.
But if...
Yikes, we're on build 28 now. Definitely write me!

There will absolutely be a discount for existing users. Details soon.
-Chilton
It will be a paid upgrade. Not sure on pricing just yet.
The new version is a bottom-up rewrite, both to account for changes in LightWave that broke our previous version, and to pave the way for...
Oh I remember them.
I beat them to market by a few days.
But there was lackluster support at best in lightwave. I considered porting it to Maya to directly compete with them, but never got...
Absolutely. Might be time to revisit all of this again.
Hi,
I'm adding finger tracking to Glycon for finger tracking, and I thought I'd look for feedback. Farther down the page are links to the free demo. Suggestions welcome and encouraged.
...
LOL that is awesome! :D
Re Neuron, from what my users are telling me, you can get the same or better results from Glycon with a Vive and additional trackers, for much less.
I'm biased, of course. But damn, those suits...
