View Full Version : Mesh on v9.6 Rig Has Disappeared

I modeled and rigged a Tony the Tiger mesh using v9.6.

The mesh had skelegons converted into bones. I then rigged everything in Layout and it worked as expected.

However, after I reloaded the scene, the mesh is now invisible. I have tried to replace the mesh with object and object layer, using backup model files. Nothing.

AND, all of the back up scenes I load up also have the disappearing mesh problem!

The bones in all scenes are visible and working.

Anyone have an idea what's causing this?

ur bones probs rested at the wrong point... tun "enable deforms" on/off, and if the mesh reappears/disappears, then thats it... just select all bones and hit "r"

Tried that, but problem wasn't resolved.

I did accidentally discover that the Deformation plugin: Bend I applied to his tail was the culprit. The plugin was inactive, and that was what was causing the mesh disappearance.

My client discovered this, as well.
