Folks (I'm cross-posting here and on SpinQuad),
I'm working on a motion map, (god view showing moving arrows of participants) and I'm wanting to put some grass on the ground. I'm VERY new to fiber FX so I went looking for tutorials, found Proton's great videos which got me started. This project is in full HD, 1920x1080 in all it's goodness.

My problem is that FiberFX doesn't seem to cover the entire ground area. Is there a limit to how many fibers get rendered? Or am I missing a setting somewhere on the panel? I'm also looking at some very high density fibers or should I fudge the ground texture to help fill in some detail?

I'm using a MacBook Pro with 4GB RAM, plenty of HD space, Lightwave 9.6 on Mac OS X 10.5.7. Hope I haven't left out any specs!

Help!
