I'm making a model in Modeler and I have a question. I've seen screenshots of programs that show changes to a model in real-time. I want to cel-shade my model, so is there any way in Lightwave where I can bring up a real-time cel-shaded view of my model while I am editing it? thanks in advance.

I know rendering is done in Layout, but I've seen pics of this type of thing in other programs.

Nope, nothing like that in LW (Classic).

Not unless you uvmap it and apply an imagemap that is drawn that way.
Or if you want flat colors with no shading set luminosity to 100% and diffuse to 0%.

Celshading would realtime in layout, and Fprime would do this in not-quite realtime. A lot of 'realtime' renderers are nowhere near 30fps anyway.
