View Full Version : if add timewarp to camera, white background is now black?

I just verified that by simply adding the timewarp to the motion options for the camera, the background (which I had set in Windows/Backdrop Options to be basically a white gradient) is now black for an F9 for F10.

This is without even making a change to the timeline in the editor.

What am I missing so that I can stop this from happening?

I'm not sure what the solve is to your problem, but beware of timewarp, it is buggy in my experience.

Haven't played enough to know if buggy, but after you add it, even if you disable it or completely remove it - the background no longer shows up and is all black.

Seems like a bug if it causes a non-reversible change in a scene. Good thing I keep a lot of versions.

BTW - I've got motion created with IK Boost. I just want to stretch out the motion of a jump into the air.

What would be the best way to do that if Timewarp is causing issues?

try using motion mixer with a timewarp curve. even though it has the timewarp name, it has nothing in common with the buggy timewarp
