Is there a way to setup key commands for IKBoost menu items?

No. This is one of the inherent problems with plugins in LW3D. To allow something like that the developer have to supply several generic plugins (which install as commands; one for each function, since plugins cant take argument.) or implement some for of interface (such as the comring), which other developers can use to communicate with a plugin.

Imho this is one of the biggest shortcomings of IKB. It's a large complex plugin, with lots of usefull functionality, but it's a black box. Had it been split up into a set of plugins it would probably have been much easier to (properly) integrate it or create an interface or add generic commands. Despite that, it's still an cool plugin and awsome development effort. (Just had to say something positive, because it's not all black.)
