I have to organise music in a remote place where there is no power, and had the idea to use a whole lotta radios and one transmitter (hooked to ipod or similar).

I'm certain this is the right group of people to ask ;) ..

There are a few hacks around for existing Belkin products (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LsZw_youJAo), but anyone got a better idea? The date is approaching fast (Exception probably knows what I am talking about ...)

I would guess the area would be around 25m radius.

Cheers!

great site for building gadgets, hacking and firmware

i increased my wireless signal by sticking 3 pringles tubs together and my attena in the middle , now i can pick up about 40 different signals "some with no passwords on there routers , there is now :P "

might help

Edit : buy a petrol generator there cheap as there going to get , i picked one up for 100 from B&Q "hardware store" GREAT runner and now i can anywhere and have power , also if you have a car you could run the appliance from the battery or cigerate lighter "just spinning ideas here "

I was a radio amateur, and remember all the stupid things people said it will increase your signal. Then had a deja vu with all this net wireless stuff.
