Hi guys,
I just finish the modelling for an animation I would love to do. The problem is that I have been trying to get the skelegons and the Ik to work but my model keeps breaking... not sure if becouse the bones influences or what. How would you guys rig this character for animation? And how would you do it?

Thanks

THat is a nice model, but to help you rig and animate the entire thing is beyond the scope of a single forum post.

Start with William Vaughn's FREE LIGHTWAVE TUTORIALS. You can find them easily in the forums.

ANd answer to your specific question: yes, bones influence the whole object unless you use weight maps to isolate what bones effect what.

Cool, I will check them! The main problem is the IK for the legs, I cannot get it to work. All the model brokes...
Thanks!
