Hi there,
I have a character that i built in modeler.
I have the bones working and all that but i am having a direct x export problem.
My model uses separate layers for the body, boots, helmet, gloves. He's kind of in law inforcement.
My problem is that when i export using the dstorm plug-in the body moves but the bits in other layers like the gloves and boots do not. The bits that dont move when exported are using the "use bones from object" option. Does this way of creating motion not get exported or is this the wrong way to achieve what i want.

Any comments would be much appreciated as always.

I don't remember on the DirectX part, but you could always flatten the layers in modeler and maybe save it under a new name so you can go back for edits.
