Hi, thought I'd just post some stuff here, since I've never actually posted anything on the newtek forums. Maybe there will be new users here that haven't seen my work before. All cel shaded with the Unreal shader.

WOW, nice use of the lightwave rendering tools. I am an animator and most of the time you never see this stuff in action. So if you got the time I would love to see them animated. Just a little :D :)

(eyes pop out and jaw drops)

That is SHWEET!!! ^_^

You are my new god and i am sure you will be getting lots of questions from me... starting with: ^_^

How did you get the brighter colours to bleed into the darker ones (most visible in the first image of the chick on the white background). Did you use lightwaves Chrona or Post process the images in photoshop or did you mabye uses something else I probably don't know about?

Amazing work.
Can't wait to see more.

So what's the story behind these characters?

Hello Shade01,

Nice Work!

Lately I have seen lots of cell shaded art and want to begin experimenting with it. Do you have any tips for getting it to work well? For example, should you model your character a certain way to get the lighting/shading correct on him?

Nice renders and characters. I'm not much of a cel-shader fan but I like the look. just the belt and leg things look a touch bright. Reminds me of Aeon Flux (probably why I like it)

Hi Shade, love your stuff! I posted some SuperCelshader settings here http://vbulletin.newtek.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=470 and I was wondering if you'd care to give me your opinion on them. I was also wondering if you can recreate the look you get with these settings with Unreal because so far I've been unsuccessful trying to do that! Keep up the awesome work!
