I've been trying to get to the Newtek Registration webpage all day with no luck. Anyone able to get the page to open? Or is it just me? I received my USB dongle late yesterday and need to re-register to get it up and running.

Seems the on-line registration webpage is finally back up and running this morning -- but I still can't get registered.

I'm trying to register my copy of LW 8.5 with an exchanged dongle (I now have a USB dongle) on a new system, but during the registration process I get an error stating that the "lock key code doesn't match". It appears that I am in the database for the new dongle as running on a Windows XP Pro (64 bit) system, when I'm actually running on a Vista 64bit OS now. I guess that's what's causing the error, so I suppose I'll have to contact customer support in the morning to get my new license key -- sometimes you just have to talk to a real, live person ;-)

It appears so. I just checked and I'm getting a server error. But, on a positive note, I was able to call Newtek customer service on Monday and a get a License key, so I'm up and running.

I can't get there either, I was going to look for content, but I just get this.
