It's a great film, Pitt and Fincher - always a winning combo in my book.

The CG Benjamin was amazing, easily the best CG human work I've seen so far, but something still bugs me about it. On it's own it would work seemlessly but there's still something about the skin and I think I know what it is...makeup. The skin looks extremely realistic but when you see it against the other actors there's something not quite right and I think that it's too realistic. It's too translucent and too oily compared to the actors who have makeup on.

...maybe it's just that uncanny valley feeling but it was the skin that stood out for me - though not in a distracting way.
