Thanks to NewTek for such great customer service! I bought my 9.6 upgrade on Friday but didn't have any way to use it until my disks were delivered. Ricky found my serial number for me and I was able to register my software!:thumbsup::newtek: He didn't even complain about all my emails.:D It must be quite a busy week for everyone at NewTek and I am so happy they were able to help me! Thanks again. DBMiller
