That's funny. I remember thinking when I was a little kid that it would be cool if there was a mirror channel on TV. Man kids are dumb.

Ha. No idea how old I was but I vividly remember aiming the garden hose at the porch windows (where my parents were throwing some sort of social) and being shocked and dissapointed that the stream did not pass straight through the glass onto the partygoers.

This one was very famous. The second answer is one of the best things I have ever seen in on the internets :) Follow the link in the answer.
Here's some info about it:

Yes you get alot of strange Yahoo questions on there!

I once stumbled upon a question that was something like:

How can you describe the process of light that comes from our Sun in the universum, but with simple words enough for a young kid to get ya!

Now a simple, ' Listen kid, light is just out there, and when you dont have light, its time for you to sleep, thats all for this time of your age to know about' wont do!

See he wants the details! The process of atomic CORE (:hey:) blasts from the Sun, their rays, the rays impact on the magnetic field of the earth, and whats is the Earth standing on is also a bit of a problem to get for a kid, why they would be harmful without the magnetic field, and then it reaches us safely!

And one I remember asked very simply

How do you explain with basic words to a kid that the sky is blue
