mm i dont know if this is possible..so i make the question...for example if i am making my final render but for some reason the computer turns off,,,so when a will launch the layout and render the proyect again...the progran can detect that exist a portion of that render maked..to say somethig..the 3 porcent was done..the program can analize that can and start from that point onwards ??? you know for not make all again...

If you are rendering a single image, the answer is no. Once you turn off the system, all is forgotten.
If you are rendering a series of images for an animation or video, Lightwave doesn't remember where you were, but you can specify a frame range to render and continue from where you left off.
If you use a Render Farm tool, like Amleto (www.nodalideas.com) you can give it a render job and it will render the frames that weren't done.

This is one reason to always render to sequential numbered images rather than a QT or AVI movie when rendering animations....
