2d3's Boujou (http://www.2d3.com) is the only one I know of for OSX. Last I knew though, it was up around 10 grand. It may have come down a bit since then, but I'm sure it's still expensive.

There's also Realviz Matchmover, but I believe that's PC only.

Isn't 2d3's Boujou only a footage stabilizer?

No, it definitely does tracking...read the product features here (http://www.2d3.com/2d3/products/features.shtml). There's also a demo that you can either download or have shipped to you on CD.

I have one called Icarus. It is free for personal use, and i got it from ComputerArts Magazine. The commercial version costs about $600. It looks pretty powerful, but i haven't played with it much due to lack of time and need. What is great about it is that it can output camera data for various 3d programs, including lightwave. There might be a free personal use download on their website, but i forget what it is. So do a search for Icarus. And, oh yeah, it works with OS X.

In a quote taken from http://aig.cs.man.ac.uk/icarus/:

As of March 11th 2003, ICARUS is no longer available for download.

As we are sure you will understand, we want to continue to develop new and exciting products and maintain the quality of the software we produce. In order to do this, we will now be working exclusively with The Pixel Farm to market and develop ICARUS technology for the post production industry.

The first product, PFTrack, is now available. Existing ICARUS customers will get a free upgrade to the new software. For further information on pricing and licensing, including an educational and student discount scheme, please visit The Pixel Farm web site (http://www.thepixelfarm.co.uk/).

So, if you were lucky enough to get a free copy of Icarus when it was available, you should still be able to use it free for non-commercial use. Otherwise, I'd say you're out of luck unless you want to pay $$.
