So far I have found -
http://www.keyframemag.com/
http://www.newtekpro.com/

Which is best for money value?

so far Keyframe.

the newest issue of Newtek Pro is way way late, and at this
point I've written it off until I see it (and I payed for it!).

both magazines are undergoing big personel changes, but Keyframe seems to still be chuging along on its bimonthly
schedule.

content wise, I think NewtekPro was slightly better.

Just my opinion at the moment.

http://www.3dbuzz.com has some vtms - video training mags.

The authors of Newtek pro have been very busy writing the VT[3] docs. They are excellent docs at that. That would be the reason that the next issue of NewtekPro is behind schedule.

Personally, I'm thankful that they were the ones doing the new manual, and continue to look forward to the next issue of NTPro.

Oops. I see that Lee Stranahan is now supposed to be the new editor. (There is a forum just for Newtek Pro.) Lee mentioned that he would not be able to get another issue of the mag out by Siggraph but now that Siggraph is over, there is no other update. :(

I read Cinefex (http://www.cinefex.com), for inspiration and gauntlets :D
