Any one knows how to create an UV map for the cylindrical midsection on a car wheel. I mean the inner circle part of the wheel who is connected to the ground while it rotates!

I donīt need to know how to manage the UV-maps for the sides of the wheel, just the cylindrical mid-section!

Anyone?

In my opinion, tires are best rendered with geometry... if you're interested, here's a link you can visit. You should be able to follow the tutorial quite easily.
