I'm trying, with my Macbook Pro using Safari to download the training videos, but none of the links will work for me. No matter if I simply click on them, or right click to save download. A couple of months ago I was trying also, and did not work for me then either. I tried using IE from Windows (Bootcamp) but that doesn't work either. Is there an alternate download site somewhere?

That link doesn't work for me. Have I got some crazy ftp exclusion thing in my set up somewhere?

Try using the free program FileZilla (think it has a mac version) to access ftp://ftp.newtek.com then go though the folder structure /multimedia/movies/w3dw/, all the training videos should be in there.

I sometimes have trouble accessing it through my browser, I have no problems with Filezilla, hope this helps in any case. :)

I like to use Transmit (http://panic.com/transmit) in OS X. CyberDuck is another FTP client with a Mac version

There's also a web-based FTP client I found recently too: http://net2ftp.com

Have you tried in FireFox? Just wondering? I've never had a problem saving them on a mac in FF. I'd always just right-click 'save target as'. Are you getting an error? Are you right-clicking the links in this thread (http://newtek.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77002)? or somewhere else?

Safari always used to have problems with ftp, I'd be surprised if that was still ongoing though?

There is something different the way the training videos are offered compared to the customer downloads, such as the LW betas. I have a dialup account and use Free Download Manager. I have downloaded nearly every beta build but when I try the training videos, the download immediately stops.

However, I can download using the right click and canceling the Free Download Manager screen and then the normal Firefox or IE save screen comes up.
