Hard to say. Vue 6 xStream is notoriously unstable and crashes like crazy. Try the earlier build 292700 - I've had trouble with 292711 myself and went back. Also, are you on PC or Mac? I believe PC version is a bit more stable, and I've had relatively good experience with 64 bit version on Vista 64 - if that's an option for you, try that. A common reason for crashes is the graphics card and issues with OpenGL. Do a search on these forums for Vue and you'll (unfortunately) find a ton of issues addressed. Even better, search the e-on Vue forums.

Thank you for your reply

I'm a PC user. I use XP SP3 32bits, my graphic card is a nvidia 8800GT with last drivers.

Indeed, the only stable version i used, was the 291551. The 292700 had the same effect http://fc50.deviantart.com/fs4/i/2004/250/f/d/Sad_by_nulltarget.gif

if you are using LW 9.5 release, it is the reason for your experience, it is not compatible with xstream. use LW 9.3.1 or 9.5.1 open beta instead, this should solve your problem. there are several threads here and in eon's forums about this...

hope this helps

Then why are you posting your questions on a Lightwave board?

Contact e-on for Vue and Autodesk for max, simple.

No worries, this portion of the board IS labeled Vue.

Hope things work out.
