Hi Newtek

I recently updated my dongle to the new dual one and can't seem to register to get a new license key for the 9.5 beta. I have sent two emails directly to Newtek and have had no reply after a week.

The license key I have is for my old dongle and doesn't work for the 9.5 beta, it stays in discovery mode.

I have read the forums on the beta install but I think the problem is the license key is wrong for my new dongle. I have tried to reregister but I have received no new license key.

If someone could please contact me to help from Newtek this would be good.

Apologies for going onto the forums to get tech help but there seems to be no answer from the Newtek tech email.

Hi Ben

Thanks for the reply but I am based in Sydney Australia so not sure if its in your neighborhood, if you can direct me to the right email I was using the tech link on the Newtek main website.
