I'm looking for the deformer that bends an object over its motion path!
I know it's there but I can't find it anymore.

:D

I have an arrow that needs to go around a corner. (like a snake)...

Trailer is buggy. Doesn't work for me. You can't scale the object for instance..

gonne check serpent out...

thnx

For scale you can use an endomorph I guess. It will work fine if you use the pivot on the right place. You can also add multi pivot points with nulls ( see the Proton's video tutors at Newtek site ). or multiple endomorphs.

Another solution is SHIFT SPLINE TRANSFORM plugin. It will allow you to distort the object around a spline ( wich can be a path ). Shift spline will work for all axis at the same time 'cause it seems serpert don't.

Anyway you can clone your object and use different setting for srpent and use TAKE form one to the other once the position match the same.
