It looks overlit, there are no shadows. Honestly it is not what you want to show people. A few well rendered stills would be much better.

Thanks for the tips, rendered stills sounds like a good idea. I will try that and fix the lighting, shadows.

On some of your scenes, where you have the camera doing a lot of panning and moving. I think it would help if you setup a camera target. It would give you a more smoother result.

I made this quick example of how I almost always setup my camera.

Lightwave has radiosity and finalgather. Are you aware of that?

Yes I'm aware of them, I have used them before.

I know from personal experience that you don't need to show the whole rendered shot in your reel as well. If you cut it down to the juicy bits, maybe speed up the clips on the longer camera movement to keep the viewers interest piqued that would go a long way. Also make sure you start off with what you believe is your strongest work.

seems like most of ur stuff to show is modeling work... so as the others have said... improve your lighting to show off the models better, and lose the jerky camera moves...

as for the two character anim clips... and Im really, really sorry in advance... but lose them, they are truly awful, and exemplify everything character animation should NOT be.
