I found these images in Animation:Master's gallery

Anime 1 (http://www.hash.com/ftp/pub/gallery/0338.jpg)
Anime 2 (http://www.hash.com/ftp/pub/gallery/0339.jpg)

and I wonder if this can be created in LW?

yes, if you check out CelShader's work

www.celshader.com

and Shade's work

http://www.ecreativityworks.com

Anime can be done in LW, using the SuperCelShader, and unReal.

(didnt look at the pics, dont need too)

Thanks.

After I saw the images on www.celshader.com & http://www.ecreativityworks.com I believe you.

But if anyone knows any images that have been created with Lightwave and looks like "real" anime, please tell me. It would be fun to see some anime pictures created by LW.;)

If you watch the SIGGRAPH stream, they will play from time to time a (LONNNGGGGGG) clip of some anime that's out in japan now.

Done completely in Lightwave...

Hmm, since I only have a 0,5Mbit ADSL conn. I can't watch the SIGGRAPH stream without a lot of buffering and waiting.:(

I will try to have a look on that but if any of you have an image, please tell me.

Was that Last Exile? Man, that series looks AWESOME!

There is also an Anime movie called 'Wonderful Days' That I think used lots of Lightwave.

You can find the trailer at www.flay.com, on the side (Animation Downloads or something). It's outstanding work too.

Some old saying about whether or not a bear $hits in the woods springs to mind...
