I am just wondering if there is a way to bake light maps on several models, without going through the scene manually and bake them one by one?

maybe set-up multiple surface-baking cameras, and use that camera switcher master plug-in to run them sequentially ove x-frames...

Hm. You could use the "dissolve" or "render selected object" tools.

Outside of that, the camera doesn't know if you want the objects to interact with one another.
