View Full Version : Importing UV map

I created two different versions of a model for a client but with the same point order. I just used the same model, just sculpted it slightly differently and made it more bulky. It turns out they want to use both versions. Is there any way I can just unwrap one, then import the UV map into the slightly altered one so to avoid spending the time unwrapping both?

Actually, nevermind. I just figured a way around the problem using Bkg to Morph function. Applied the altered version as a morph then saved the new object with the UV's applied.

Well, ****..... I should have applied the morph first THEN UV mapped the damn thing.

I finished UV mapping my first model then went to apply the second version as a morph, but now the vertex order is screwed up so it's all scrambled. Is there a way to fix the point order for this?

I'm on a Mac so Intel-only plugins won't work for me. If I can't find a solution I'll have to redo it all over.
