Hey this is my first post here. I am rather new to lightwave and I was checking to see if there are any magazines that focuses on lightwave.
In the past I have subscribed to "advanced Photoshop mag" and I like their approach.
Are there any similar style magazines for lightwave?

thanks guys!

HDRI can be found at Barnes and Noble stores, and it's pretty LW oriented...just not exclusively.

Usually good tutorials and interesting stuff about CG. Even the stuff thats not LW is still worthwhile. good luck

I've just started buying HDRI and 3D world at the news stand. There will usually be more LW specific articles in HDRI but they both cover all different apps. I usually check them out at the store and will pick them up if there are some articles that seem interesting.

Yeah. Just to add my voice, I highly recommend subscribing to both HDRI and 3D World.

Speaking of magazines....this month's copy of 3D World has a nice LW tutorial (even on the cover of the CD) using nodes to animate growing rust (time lapse) on a can...and even a brief review of 3D-Coat (good remarks at that).
