I saw the trailer for The Hulk the other night.

Edward Norton as The Hulk, or, his not so angry doppelganger??? Would never have guessed that!!

Also, why, oh why can't they get the eyes right? As any portrait artist knows, you lose the eyes you lose the interest. Get the eyes right first!!!!

Second, get the green skin right. Peoples and animals skin is made up of many different shades, on many different parts of the body. The green skin should reflect that in my view, or he'll just look like he spray painted himself.

Just the basics that I feel were violated, and I only saw the trailer.

I think the movie looks decent. You know, except of course for the hulk and the other creature. I think Jurassic Park did a better job with the dinosaurs and that movie came out like over 15 years ago.

Saw the trailer, looks very CG, no better than the previous Hulk film to be honest.

Agree, didn't quite fancy the style, and why they can't get the eyes right is beyond me. Kinda funny in a way actually, all this muscle simulation and sss,... and they can't get it right, heh :)

Anyway, I hope the story is allright though, cause I will definetly see it,.. maybe.

Why another Hulk movie just 5 years after the last one?

Because they did it right this time.
(urm... or...)

This is maybe the reason to see it, but I can't get why to do it again.

Because they can.

To be honest, we've seen remakes or is it more retellings of several heroes recently.

Batman

I've lost track... still waiting for "Ant-man - the short movie".

Cheers,
Mike

Edit: I don't believe it, there actually working on that as well: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0478970/ *sigh*

Cause it was so bad they decided to give it another go. I thought the trailer looked decent, but I agree, was not impressed with the CG hulk. Just looked like another CG monster coming out of Zbrush.

What a sneaky attempt to get the thread back on topic, foiling my attempt to derail it... :grumpy:

Seems like they may be upgrading some of the Hulk effects before final release too:

I saw it during Forbidden Kingdom...great movie, the Monkey King lives!!!

The first thing that hit me was I've already watched this film eg. iron man just a few weeks ago. The villain and hero are born out of the same technology/event, I'm mean what's the difference between two robots fighting each other and two creatures doing the same.

This one is not for me...I pass, as I did with the first one. But Norton is an improvement on the last guy :hey:

What grabbed me was the trailer for Wanted...that looks to be a killer.

ps. I'm waiting for Wonder Woman :beerchug:
