How can I place one image in color, and the rest in black and white.Assuming you mean what I refer to as 'the Hallmark effect' (a.k.a., color isolation) try this - copied from a post on VTNT:

- Click the Selective Color tab at the bottom of the Control Tree pane

- Pick the Color (you want to keep) from the screen and enable Chroma.

- In the Control Tree column at left, kill the Saturation
(in the Selective Color>Main>Color Correction section)

- Tweak Tolerance to get the correct range

That should turn the 'red' (or whatever) grey ... tweak the Smooth value to
get nice even coverage, then reverse the effect as follows:

- Rotate the Tolerance knob into the negative zone. Start at about the
inverse of the original (positive) tolerance you had arrived at.

Thanks, Steve
But I'm still have the problem.
(If I have a blue image, I would like to keep that image blue, but the back ground black and white).

I'm not clear on your meaning yet, sorry. I don't know if you are trying to create the effect shown here (the original full color image is shown as an overlay inset), or something else:
