error describing installation

It says in the text file that:

2) Go to Help>About Plug-In>LightWave Rendition...

The plug-in menu is not under help, but under the Photoshop menu on the far left.

1) The LightWave Rendition for Adobe Photoshop plug-in is found in the Filters>3D menu in Photoshop
Extended, select LightWave Rendition and a new panel will open.

The 3D menu is grayed out. I tried to open a .lws or lwo but that is not an option.

As, expected, documentation is scarce with Newtek.

No big help. Again I can't create new layer from 3D file since lwo is not an option. I see 3d Studio/MAX, Alias/Wavefront, Collada, Google Earth 4 and U3D, but sorry to say no Newtek or Lightwave or lwo or lws etc.

Yes, my product is registered and installed correctly.

Once installed it'll let you load a lwo into a layer.

you also need to install the lwo loader, its a separate installer freely available on the newtek ftp site(or from your download page)
