Any After Effects gurus out there know of a way to export keyframe data out of After Effects and apply it to an envelope in Lightwave?

For example... I converted the waveform of an audio file to keyframes in After Effects. I would then like to apply those keyframes to some attributes in Lightwave to choreograph an objects transform to the music.

Just use the audio file on a motions channel in LW.

Yea, I figured that out after posting the question. But on my MAC, the audio channel modifier is REALLY slow. When I import the audio to a channel (such as scale) in the graph editor, it takes a good 30 seconds to a minute to to apply that to the graph. And then the same lag to update if I change any settings.

On my PC, it updates the motion graph instantly. But for this project I am working on the MAC. I am wondering if the MAC has some issue with the particular wav file I was given.

Either way I would still like to export keyframe data out of After Effects. I can see how I may use that in the future with data other that audio waveforms.
