View Full Version : LScript - Getting my feet wet

I'm trying to rig a joystick controller gizmo, and I want to use clamp/mapRange where the second value of the range is 50% of another bone... So I'm thinking I could do what I want with LScript better than via the graph editor or Motion Expressions.

I tried the motion modifier expression but it didn't update in real time. Will an LScript move my bones in real time as I move the controller?

Can anyone give me some tips on the best way to install an lscript to control my scene in the manner I am describing? Thanks!

It should update in real time. All my motion scripts do. Mind you channel expressions should to. Have you checked out the Expression Editor in the master Panel? I never even knew existed till just now.
