Well, I knew it would happen someday. My dongle appears to be dead(it's a purple one). i.e. no light comes on when I plug it in. The connection is loose and wobbley. How do I go about fixing and/or replacing? Of course all of my plug ins are on this dongle (Including all of my Worley ones). Thanks.

Give our good old Tech Support a call and they will RMA the dongle for you. They are ready and waiting at 210-341-8444.
