What are you trying to do? it looks like you are using intersect on boolean. Try a drill, but maybe explaing more what you are trying to get and it'll be easier to help.

If you want to do a subract, it should work fine. If it's a subtract, I'd like to see what happens when you just do one.

Something else I just remembered. I'm not sure if you're using SUBds. It doesn't look like it, but boolean and Subd don't work well with each other. Reason being, Subds need four or three sided polys to make them and booleans often leave polys with different number of sides than 3 or 4.

Tejani,

In order for the boolean operation to work smoothly ALL THE TIME, you need to ensure that all 3D volumes could 'hold water' It looks like you are trying to do a 3D boolean operation with a big 3D shape and several smaller incomplete 3D shapes. make sure they are ALL enclosed 3D shapes and things should work OK.

Oh, remember to merge points after you are done. :)
