If I tripple a disk I get horizonal triangles going from the top down (Disk 1).

Now for the dumb question.

Is there a way of trippling a disk and get the generated pollys to go fron a fan (disk 2) without doing it by hand
?

TIA

You also have the Spikey tool in Multiply > Extend > More > Spikey Tool and other ways of subdividing the circle with Fast Triple Fan or Fast Triple Traverse in Multiply > Subdivide > More.

Could also make a cone with x amount of sides and flatten the whole thing.

/just trying to be different.

I usually do it manually
Select the disk, click extender plus, use the size tool to reduce the new geometry, select all the points, weld.
I do not know why I do it manually either, so much quicker just to press a button.
