i can't seem to get this texture to map correctly. i've never had this type of problem. anyone know what's going on? thanks.

I think you want that on the Z axis...

Have you tried clicking on the auto sizing perhaps the scale, postion, etc. are not correct. Also I see the image a perspective view. Is there a reason why it is not orthogonal view?

I think you just needed to auto size and rotate the textures a bit.... I renamed the textures to make things clearer for myself.

You shouldn't use Modeler to texture, particularly not if not using UVs since the textures will not be "locked" to the object. Do your texturing in Layout instead.

hmmm, i hit auto quite a few times. that's why i couldn't understand why it wouldn't work.

as for the perspective view it's just something i've gotten used to. any reason i should use ortho?

thanks, ben. i usually work that way with fprime. i guess i was just being lazy.
