Hello,

How can I animate a Big Wheel game, and when the wheel rotate the seats or chairs move with the wheel but stay on the right direction.

make a null as a goal and in motion options pick the null and stick match goal orientation on them (you can ignore the IK stuff) rotate the null to suit

Alternative (and more fun way): It's a simple kinematics problem, so you can use math for it. Just derive the relative angular velocity that the seats have to move at in order to remain level with the ground given the angular velocity of the big wheel.
