This is a very generous offer from Newtek to Lightwave users.

Some users of other 3D applications may also be attracted to Newtek's website to get the free textures. I think they should be forced to watch a Lightwave promotional video before they can download their textures!!! :)

Very neat, thanks Newtek...
How about a .zip/.sit with all images from each collection for easy download?
Cheers,
Mike

Awesome textures.

Thans NewTek!

Great Mac video links too. You know, we have a few macs at the office. I like them. But overall, WindowsXP Pro is rock solid on my Dell Inspiron Laptop. It's faster than any Mac with a P4 2.5Ghz, and blazing 64MB GeForce.

I can't put it down!

Very nice... quite a collection! Thx...

For people still hungry for textures, see here (http://trans.voila.fr/ano?anolg=65544&anourl=http%3A//www.vocanson.com/tm/D/D1_textures_num/d1_menu.htm) at vocanson (translated page from French). Generated textures, but some quite nice and all seamless...

Seconded! The texture collections are great (thanks very much Newtek!), but would be much easier to get if they were available as a .rar/.zip/.sit archive...

Any chance of this please??
