Hi all

These are drafts for a corporate site which will appear on page 200 kind of thing... nothing important.

But they look dark and flat when I send them from Mac to PC.

What's the story?

thanx!

Hi meshpig

That is the difference between how PC and Mac display images. PC monitor use a different gamma than Mac to display the image. If you use Photoshop, you can see a tool in the display menu to simulate the difference between a PC display and a Mac.

The tip is, if you are working on a Mac on a Web site that could be seen by Mac or PC viewer, to lighten the image wih a intermediate gamma (ie : lighten the image with the gamma something between 1,15 or 1,2).Or darken the image if you are workind on a PC.

As english is not my native language, I hope you understand what I say !!

Hope this could help.
