View Full Version : perspective view zoom issue

I know this is an easy fix somewhere... I can't find it, don't remember, and don't know where to look in the help pages...

When I use perspective view in layout I can only see immediately in front of the p.o.v. How/where do I change the setting to be able to view my whole object? Or is this a RAM issue (2gb).

Maybe I need to clarify...

When I zoom in, polygons disappear from view. And same when I zoom out. It does this in light view and camera view too -- making it difficult to determine where I'm aiming stuff -- 'cause I can't see anything. I know it's a setting somewhere limiting the viewer from displaying too many polygons. I can't find this setting and I don't really know what to call it. It's got me at a standstill today -- as I endlessly search through these forums for "memory allocation" "preview limit" etc... Please help!

Go to Display options --> Fixed Near Clip Distance. Either turn it off or lower the value.
