View Full Version : copying files with LScript / what config files do my LWSN nodes need?

I know I can rename but how about copy? I need to copy some config files to new directories. Is it possible with lscript or do I have to open / read / write the files using file object methods.

Part two of the question is: does anyone know what config files are needed for LWSN nodes? I've got LW9.cfg and LWEXT9.cfg, do I need LWHUB9 and LWM9?

TIA

use filecopy().

filecopy(sourceFile,destinationFile);

all you need is lw9.cfg and lwext9.cfg as far my experience goes.

Thanks for that. I searched the LScript docs for it and got nothing. I guess I should just have guessed that the command to copy a file was going to be filecopy(). I guess there's probably a filemove() as well.

So now I wonder what happens if I try makegood()?
