View Full Version : Copy/Paste XYZ or HPB values as a tuple

I've just returned to LightWave (hooray!!) after a long time away so please forgive me if this is a dumb question.I'm trying to spruce up a partially-completed project about my local railway station.

I've a lot of objects (fence sections) which are accurately positioned in Layout and I want to flatten them into one object (one wiggly fence!).

a) is there any way to copy/paste the XYZ/HPB values to the clipboard to assist me in doing this when I clone and re-position the individual sections in Modeler?

b) is there an alternative way to do this?

Many Thanks and Happy Christmas!

dstorm's modeler plugin load objects from scene (http://www.dstorm.co.jp/english/plugin/modeler.htm#LoadObjectsFromScene) should work fine for this.

If you use save transformed the sections will be saved as objects but in the current position when you load them into modeler.
