I have yet another dumb question.
So I have a body that I want to texture, I am trying to see how well atlas UV's work. Well after I get my object all spread apart and such, how is the best way to texture it from there? And how come when I try putting the image unto the UV it is not matching up with the polys? What am I forgetting to do?

Thanks a lot, this site has saved me from insanity many times ;)

Hello
Well, I would not necessarily use Atlas- mapping at all.
However, if you really want to:
1. select the UV- map and set a viewport to UV.
2. use the EPS- exporter to create an EPS- file from the UV- window
3. Load the EPS- file into PShop or whatever Paint- program you use and use it as a reference for your texture- painting.
Save the image and laod it back into LW, apply the image as a texture using the UV- map.
Hope that helps.

Thanks a lot, I knew there was a easy way to export the image. And I most likely will not stay with Altas UV's, I am just trying out different types of UVs to see which one works best
