Some more interiors. Modelled in LW, rendered in FPrime.

C&c welcome.

Great work Iain:thumbsup: Where do you source your furniture materials/models?...or do you build from scratch? Lighting is superb as always!

Lighting is superb as always!Gotta agree. Very nice lighting, very realistic. How long are the render times?

Thanks guys.
My furniture/prop models are a combination of downloads from sites like www.e-interiors.net and things I've done myself.
I only build fom scratch if I really have to.

These rendered in about 4 hrs each on a single core machine at medium resolution (2100x1600).

Thanks.
E-interiors is great. 5 minutes to scale the 3ds files down to 0.1% and tweak textures and you have an instant furniture library for free.

Building Environments.co.uk and the Herman Miller sites are good too.

Great Iain,
you are a master of Fprime!
Or do you have a Fprime 7.2? :D

It cannot certainly be said that you have need of unbiased engine.

Yes Exception put me onto E-interiors years ago. If there is no 3d file for the furniture you want, there is often a CAD file of plans and elevations that you can use to generate it yourself.

If you are just looking for furniture references, check out http://www.architonic.com/ .. gorgeous :)
