Hi everyone,

Ever since I posted about a bunch of potential bugs I found with VT[5] (http://www.newtek.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76787), I've been trying to report them with FogBugz. However, every time I click "OK" to submit, I get an error that the connection was terminated by the server. I finally tried e-mail today and got this back:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

[email protected]

Technical details of permanent failure:
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 13): 553 sorry, this recipient is not in my validrcptto list (#5.7.1)

I tried a different e-mail address on a different server and got the same thing. What's going on?! Should I just assume that stuff's going to be addressed in the next VT service release? Quite honestly, I still don't even know that all of those problems aren't all my fault in some way. :D Any ideas?

I read a similar post elsewhere. Please DO make sure NewTek gets these reports.
If all else fails, e-mail John Perkins. jperkins AT newtek DOT com (Sorry John) ! :D But I know he would want these.
Thanks for helping us all have a better VT5!!!

P.S. Make sure you send him the bug about Fogbuzz! :)

Is there a bug report site for bugs in the bug report system? ;)

every time I click "OK" to submit, I get an error that the connection was terminated by the server.

the Web-based bugs reporting page (http://support.newtek.com/VT5/VT5.asp) should now be working - give it a try.
