Hi All!

For some reason I'm not getting any audio when I play the LScript Video Tutorials here:

ftp://ftp.newtek.com/multimedia/eyeon/LScript1_Commander.mov (http://ftp://ftp.newtek.com/multimedia/eyeon/LScript1_Commander.mov)

All the rest of the video tuts play great, but for some reason no audio shows up with these. I have Quicktime 7 Pro, tried installing the Perian codec but to no avail.

According to the video's Properties in Quicktime the audio is formatted in "Qualcomm PureVoice™"

Anyone know of a codec that can play that? (Anyone else even having this problem?)

Thank You Everyone! :)

Mods - I apologize if this thread's in the wrong place, not sure if it's a Mac problem or not!

Hi,

Wow. Qualcomm PureVoice is an old-school codec. It definitely doesn't play on my MacBook Pro (w/Leopard). I'll try it on my other Macs in a bit.

There is currently a problem with Qualcomm PureVoice in QT 7.3 (OSX and Windows). Hopefully apple with fix soon!

I wonder if VisualHub (http://www.techspansion.com/visualhub/) would see the audio and convert it even though you couldn't play it back initially?

The video plays with sound using the VLC player. (FREE, as far as I can tell)

Good Luck,
