It's not working / You're not using it.

I placed a support request there about 10 days ago. Still nada, nip, zilch.

Can't get support there, can't get support here. Come on !!!

PLEASE, fix your website or just delete the support form. It's really not good for post buyers remorse, which in turn leads to bad word of mouth, and totally negates all the marketing you've been doing since potential buyers read this and think twice.

I am serious, drop the support form.

Try calling them. That works for me. (I have the number written down at work but I'm at home now.) And I've received some very prompt email replies to bugs I've submitted. Are you submitting your support request using the new email system?

I will HAVE to call them. Time zones and long distance phone charges are an issue and shouldn't be.

They shouldnt have a feedback / support form on their website if they are not going to use it. It's just bad for customer relations. They should rather state on there, their correct support phone numbers or email addresses and not use a form at all.
