after my computer crashed a little while ago i didnt get around to reinstalling lightwave. during that time i misplaced my dongle. now i have a replacment dongle but since it has a new lock ID i can't register.
also, when i bought lightwave 8.5 i got the upgrade to 9 with it but when i look at my downloads i only have the option of "LightWave v9.3 and LightWave v9.3 Trial Edition Downloads". does this mean i have the full 9.3? when i downloaded and installed lightwave 9.3 it put me in a 25 day beta trial.

can someone tell me whats going on?

When you upgrade to any full version, the point upgrades are always free. So since you upgraded to 9.0, 9.3 is available for you to download. The reason why you have a 25 day temporary license is because you need to reregister to make lightwave recognize your new dongle. I would contact Newtek if I were you and have them fix your account page so you can reregister. A simple email may be enough.
